Minibus Direct took a group of 12 young people to Borwick Hall. The driver was really friendly and although she had another pick up after us, she did not try to rush us and made sure we stopped when the group requested it.I would definitely use Minibus Direct again.

The service on board the bus was exceptional, although stuck in gridlock traffic on the m62 Graham did everything he could to keep our spirits up. All the guys said what a fabulous trip it was and they want to make it a yearly event! The smoothness of the travel arrangements was huge part of that. Matthew was superb with the folks and very safe and efficient so please pass our thanks on to him. The trailer was a great blessing for the scooter owners who then had a fabulous time being able to access more of the market than ever before. Dear Zid I am writing to you today to commend one of your drivers, a Paula Peacock who assisted us during the time that we were in this region of Yorkshire. She collected us from the airport, took us on day trips in and around the region and ferried us safely back to Leeds Bradford airport on the morning of 1st May. I really cannot commend her highly enough to you. She was punctual, organised, friendly, informative, kind and totally unflappable. On the last morning of our visit when one of our french colleagues had been left stranded by another taxi company; she picked her up from an agreed spot, and still managed to get us to the airport on time. She was at all times totally unflustered. I have already sent her a text massage of thanks, but I wanted you her employers, to know how lucky you are to have such a professional driver in your employ. We would certainly use your company again in the future and would happily recommend you wherever we can.
