Minibus Direct took a group of 12 young people to Borwick Hall. The driver was really friendly and although she had another pick up after us, she did not try to rush us and made sure we stopped when the group requested it.I would definitely use Minibus Direct again.
We continually use Minibus Direct for our outdoor event transportation who we have used for the last three years when taking clients to the Blacks Race Day at Pontefract Races. I was extremely happy with the service received from Brighouse Minicoaches.
We had a pick up from 2 different locations and the return journey was not straight forward but Zid was very helpful and made it easy and hassle free.
The drivers were punctual and friendly and Zid communicated well in the run up to the collection which meant it ran smoothly.
Will definitely recommend and use again.
The booking process was really easy. The cost very reasonable. The coach spotlessly clean. Punctuality spot on. The driver really courteous and helpful. All in all a super service.
