Good morning Zid, Firstly can I say thank you to your driver for yesterday he got us all there and back nice and safe even though we were a little rowdy on the way home. Would it be possible for you to send a receipt for payment of the hire of the bus please?
We continually use Minibus Direct for our outdoor event transportation who we have used for the last three years when taking clients to the Blacks Race Day at Pontefract Races. We have always found the company professional,punctual and the drivers extremely helpful with the vehicles clean and well kept. We would have no hesitation recommending the company.
I was extremely happy with the service received from Brighouse Minicoaches.
We had a pick up from 2 different locations and the return journey was not straight forward but Zid was very helpful and made it easy and hassle free.
The drivers were punctual and friendly and Zid communicated well in the run up to the collection which meant it ran smoothly.
Will definitely recommend and use again.

Paula was an excellent driver having to put up with the banter of 30 blokes,which she coped with really well. Taxi was bang on time both ways. All the guys said what a fabulous trip it was and they want to make it a yearly event! The smoothness of the travel arrangements was huge part of that. Matthew was superb with the folks and very safe and efficient so please pass our thanks on to him. The trailer was a great blessing for the scooter owners who then had a fabulous time being able to access more of the market than ever before. Dear Zid I am writing to you today to commend one of your drivers, a Paula Peacock who assisted us during the time that we were in this region of Yorkshire. She collected us from the airport, took us on day trips in and around the region and ferried us safely back to Leeds Bradford airport on the morning of 1st May. I really cannot commend her highly enough to you. She was punctual, organised, friendly, informative, kind and totally unflappable. On the last morning of our visit when one of our french colleagues had been left stranded by another taxi company; she picked her up from an agreed spot, and still managed to get us to the airport on time. She was at all times totally unflustered.
