Hi Zid, Have been out of the office for several days but back around now. We just wanted to say a big thank you for all the arrangements for the trip to Bury Market last week. All the guys said what a fabulous trip it was and they want to make it a yearly event! The smoothness of the travel arrangements was huge part of that. Matthew was superb with the folks and very safe and efficient so please pass our thanks on to him. The trailer was a great blessing for the scooter owners who then had a fabulous time being able to access more of the market than ever before. I was extremely happy with the service received from Brighouse Minicoaches.
We had a pick up from 2 different locations and the return journey was not straight forward but Zid was very helpful and made it easy and hassle free.
The drivers were punctual and friendly and Zid communicated well in the run up to the collection which meant it ran smoothly.

We continually use Minibus Direct for our outdoor event transportation who we have used for the last three years when taking clients to the Blacks Race Day at Pontefract Races. The service on board the bus was exceptional, although stuck in gridlock traffic on the m62 Graham did everything he could to keep our spirits up.
