Terms and conditions:
• All our vehicles our maintained and cleaned to the highest standard to ensure a safe and comfortable journey for our customers. All our customers are expected to treat our drivers and vehicles with the upmost respect. Any damage caused to the vehicle including the interior being soiled will be charged to the lead party member at a cost of £100 minimum.

• The agreed departing time must be adhered to, failure to do so may result in absent party members being left behind and/or an additional charge of up to £50 per additional hour. This is in accordance with the EU Driving Regulations.

• We practice a zero tolerance to abusive or threatening behaviour. Any such behaviour will be reported to the police and the journey will end with immediate effect. The vehicles have CCTV systems installed.

• In the rare event of a breakdown we will provide an alternative vehicle to ensure you reach your destination. All attempts will be made to get you to your destination on time or with minimum delay. However, delays in these circumstances may be beyond our control.

• We are NOT responsible to any changes to flight times. if your flight is delayed or early we will make every effort to ensure that you are collected on time. This may mean waiting for the next available vehicle or sharing transport with another party.

• If your flight is diverted to another UK airport there will be a charge for extra miles travelled. a receipt will be provided for insurance claims against the airline. In the event we are unable to collect you from the diverted airport we will refund the money which you have paid for the return journey.

• We are unable to take responsibility for any delays due to traffic issues or severe weather conditions. We will make every effort to get you to your destination safely and on time where possible.

• You are responsible for any airport parking charges arising from calling the driver into the airport before you are outside and waiting with your luggage.

• We require full payment on the outbound journey.

• It is your responsibility to notify us if you are not on the planned flight. Failure to do so will occur additional charges.

• Failure to pay your deposit and confirm booking via email or phone may result in your booking being cancelled.
